Return Process

  Log in to your DVD Hub account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the DVD or Blu-ray in its original case and protective mailer, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
